- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Dutch-speaking region.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business objectives and challenges.
- Present tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs and demonstrate the value of our extended teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.**Vos talents**:

- YOUR TALENT**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Dutch and English is required, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT services or technology industry. A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience is required.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, cloud services, and software development concepts and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and discuss with C-level profiles, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
