- We are looking for an Account Manager who will further strengthen the relationship with our clients.**WHAT WOULD BE YOUR JOB?**

You’re the missing link between our specialists and our clients. The day-to-day lead contact, receiving briefings, analysing them thoroughly and reformulating them for your colleagues (creatives, graphic designers, print managers, digital experts, etc.); so they can get to work in a focused manner.
- You don’t just receive the briefings. You anticipate in advance, proactively proposing innovative ideas to the clients that serve their business and even their sustainable preoccupations.
- As our frontline specialist, you spend a lot of your time with (and at) your client, constantly creating added value.
- We count on you to work out detailed budgets, plannings and estimation updates in close collaboration with the different tea.
- You’ll also follow up the daily deliverables, so your proven project management skills will definitely lend a hand.
- You understand that our business is a people first business. Our motto? **Retail for Humans**_._
You report directly to the Account Director.
- **YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a 4-5 years of experience in creative account management, marketing or sales
- You are native in Dutch and French (Speaking English is an additional strong asset)
- You have great organization skills and can keep up with several high-intensity projects at a time
- You have a very accurate eye for detail and pride for excellence in your work
- An interest in digital is a big plus
- And let's not forget the most important criteria—you're someone we'd love to hang out with, share a meal, and celebrate victories together
