**As a Key Account Manager, your main tasks will be to**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients of the company, understanding their specific needs in urban mobility.
Act as the preferred point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to efficiently coordinate project implementation and contract management.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, anticipating market trends and proposing innovations to enhance their mobility infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for developing key accounts and create action plans to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue.
