**Description de fonction**
Le Service Delivery Manager a pour mission de veiller à la qualité du service délivré aux Douanes, et d'augmenter l'alignement entre le business et l'IT.
Dans l'éventail de vos tâches en tant que Service Delivery Manager:
- Vous êtes gestionnaire des processus : incidents, problems, release management. Vous occuperez également une responsabilité sur le service de gestion proactive des incidents via la mise en place de solutions de monitoring des services en production.
- Vous veillerez à une coordination optimale avec les services centraux Opérations et Infrastructure notamment dans le cadre de la gestion de type maintenance ou intervention IT.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services managers mais également avec le quality manager responsable de la qualité et le respect des processus liés au développement de solution IT.
- Vous serez un point de contact essentiel pour la coordination requise dans le cadre de la gestion d'incident, de problèmes ou d'intervention IT, entre les services managers et le business incluant à terme les stakeholders externes comme les opérateurs économiques ou encore Taxud.
- Vous serez également amené à assister le processus de gestion des partenaires et contrats.
**Description du profil**
- Diplôme et expérience:_
- Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme de l'enseignement de type long (Master), de préférence dans une orientation liée à l'informatique
- Vous démontrez une expérience professionnelle en tant que Service Manager d'au moins 6 ans
Compétences techniques:
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la méthodologie de project management Prince 2
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de Agile
- Vous démontrez une expérience dans la gestion de projets et de méthodologie agile
- Vous avez des connaissances en Java
- Vous démontrez un intérêt pour l'IT Architecture
- Vous démontrez une expérience dans la gestion du change management ou un réel intérêt dans ce domaine
- Vous démontrez une capacité d'intégrer une masse d'informations importante.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Service Delivery Management suivant la méthodologie ITIL.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement et de la gestion des systèmes ICT.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance pratique du néerlandais pour participer sans problème à des réunions avec d'autres spécialistes.
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance de l'Anglais
