Training Manager

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur RH, le Training Manager a comme mission d'améliorer le parcours des travailleurs, de l'initiation à la formation continue (développer, faciliter et superviser les programmes de formation pour tous les travailleurs du groupe). Le responsable de la formation évalue les besoins de la société, met en œuvre des plans de formation et facilite une grande variété de programmes de formation qui améliorent l'efficacité des collaborateurs.
**Au quotidien, cela se traduit par**:
- Identification et évaluation des besoins en formation de l'organisation par le biais d'analyses de postes, de parcours professionnels et de consultations avec les partenaires RH.
- Élaboration des programmes de formation individualisés et collectifs qui répondent aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise.
- Création d'un programme d'études pour faciliter la formation stratégique en fonction des objectifs de l'organisation.
- Recherche active sur les méthodes de formation actuelles et les meilleures pratiques pour faciliter la formation des travailleurs.
- Sélection et gestion des ressources de formation, notamment en collaborant avec les employés internes et les fournisseurs de formation pour développer et dispenser la formation.
- Contribution, en collaboration avec le service des achats, à la création d'un accord-cadre régissant les relations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs de formation.
- Planification des sessions de formation, organisation des technologies de l'information et les autres équipements, et gestion des inscriptions aux cours.
- Gestion efficace du budget de formation et contrôler le retour sur investissement (évaluer l'efficacité des stratégies de formation pour s'assurer que la formation répond aux besoins de l'entreprise et améliore les performances).
- Mise avant des valeurs de l'entreprise et sa philosophie à travers toutes les activités de formation et de développement.
- Rester au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de formation. Se spécialiser dans l'industrie sidérurgique et se tenir au courant en participant régulièrement à des réunions, des conférences et des séminaires.
- Contribution à la mise en œuvre du logiciel de gestion de la formation choisi par le groupe, y compris les activités de communication et de gestion du changement.
**Quel profil recherchons-nous pour ce poste ?**
- Bachelor en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.
- Expérience confirmée (5ans) dans un poste similaire dans le secteur industriel.
- Forte compréhension des objectifs de l'entreprise et grand sens pour le service à la clientèle.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Être à l'aise avec les chiffres et les outils de reporting (Excel ++).
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Pragmatique, excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, ainsi que capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front.
- Vous êtes également innovant(e), motivé(e) et êtes facilitateur-trice d'apprentissage et de changement
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à entretenir des relations de travail positives avec la direction ainsi qu'avec tous niveaux de l'organisation et des fournisseurs externes.
