Word lid van het dynamische team als chef de partie, waar samenwerking, creativiteit en culinaire toewijding centraal staan in het dagelijks leven. Onder toezicht van de sous-chef of de gerant maak je integraal deel uit van een omgeving waar passie voor de culinaire kunst samengaat met operationele efficiëntie.
Als chef de partie zorg je voor de voorbereiding van koude en warme gerechten. Je zorgt ook voor de juiste aansturing en opvolging van keukenmedewerkers. Je bent de essentiële schakel tussen de visie van de kok en de concrete uitvoering van de gerechten.

Voorbereiding dienst:
Je verzorgt de mise-en-place voor de gerechten van het dagmenu
Je helpt met de bereiding van warme en koude gerechten
Je geeft instructies aan het keukenpersoneel voor de mise-en-place, bereidingen, bakken, schoonmaken en ordenen van het keukenmateriaal
Tijdens de dienst:
Je bereidt warme en koude gerechten en werkt ze af volgens bestelling (onder supervisie van de chef gerant)
Je schikt en garneert op borden en schotels, rekening houdend met de positionering van de verschillende maaltijdcomponenten
Je helpt mee met de bediening aan de toonbank
Je springt in bij de collega's tijdens de piekperiodes
Na de dienst:
Je ruimt je afdeling op
Je maakt werkinstrumenten en werkplaatsen schoon
Je controleert en verwerkt voedseloverschotten
Je controleert kwaliteit en versheid van de producten
Je zorgt voor hygiënische opslag en bewaring van voedingsmiddelen
Je controleert de voorraad en geeft bestellingen door aan de gerant of keukenverantwoordelijke
Je staat in voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in de keuken
Je respecteert veiligheidsnormen tijdens de werkzaamheden
Je signaleert storingen of defecten
Je neemt deel aan werkoverleg met collega's
Je geeft suggesties voor nieuwe bereidingen, gerechten of prestaties

Je hebt een passie voor keukenwerk
Je hebt een relevantie opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP-normen

Je bent goed in communicatie en kan prioriteiten stellen
Je hebt voldoende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans om de functie goed uit te kunnen oefenen
