Présents dans 40 pays, nous agissons en tant que partenaire stratégique clé pour les plus grandes marques mondiales de luxe et de haut de gamme, auxquelles nous offrons un accès au marché efficace et axé sur le client.
En Belgique et au Luxembourg, nous sommes le distributeur officiel de Toyota et de Lexus. L'année dernière, nous avons lancé notre nouvelle marque BYD, entièrement électrique. Enfin, nous avons également lancé BravoAuto, notre nouveau centre de voitures d'occasion à Machelen. Notre siège social belge est situé à Zaventem.
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un** Parts Advisor/Magasinier** pour nos concessions **Toyota/Lexus à Zaventem**.
**Fonction**
- Vous vous occupez de l'organisation des commandes de pièces et d'accessoires pour les services internes (mécanique, carrosserie...):
- Vous commandez des pièces pour les différents services ;
- Vous suivez les pièces BO, signalez leur arrivée et faites un rapport au service concerné (mécanique, accessoires ou showroom) ;
- Vous réceptionnez, triez, rangez et gérez les pièces détachées ;
- Vous organisez et suivez le retour des pièces détachées et assurez la liaison avec le transporteur en cas de problème ;
- Vous suivez les informations quotidiennes relatives aux pièces détachées (nouveaux accessoires, nouveaux modèles, informations techniques et campagnes de service pour d'éventuelles commandes, bulletin des pièces détachées) ;
- Vous maintenez l'ordre et la propreté dans le magasin ;
- Vous suivez les procédures et instructions internes.
**Profil**
- Vous avez une affinité avec le secteur automobile, une expérience dans le secteur est un plus.
- Vous êtes dynamique, précis, organisé et avez le sens de l'initiative ;
- Vous êtes orienté client et soucieux de la bonne qualité des activités ;
- Vous avez un esprit analytique, vous savez résoudre les problèmes et vous pouvez également les signaler à votre hiérarchie ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels de gestion des stocks (idéalement une expérience dans un système ERP SAP automatisé ou Incadea) et de la suite bureautique Microsoft.
- Vous vous exprimez bien en français et en néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus.
