- en luxemerken, voor wie we een effectieve en klantgerichte route naar de markt verzorgen.
In België en Luxemburg zijn we de officiële distributeur van **Toyota en Lexus**. Vorig jaar hebben we ons nieuwe volledig elektrische merk BYD gelanceerd. En last but not least hebben we ook BravoAuto gelanceerd, ons nieuwe centrum voor tweedehandswagens in Machelen. Ons Belgisch hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Zaventem.
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een **Parts Advisor/Magazijnier** voor onze concessie van **Toyota/Lexus in Zaventem**.
**Functie**
Je zorgt voor de organisatie van bestellingen voor onderdelen en accessoires voor interne diensten (mecaniciens, carrosserie ):
- Je bestelt onderdelen voor de verschillende diensten;
- Je volgt BO-onderdelen op, rapporteert wanneer ze zijn aangekomen en rapporteert aan de betreffende afdeling (mecaniciens, accessoires of showroom);
- Je ontvangt, sorteert, ruimt op en beheert de reserveonderdelen;
- Je organiseert en bewaakt de teruggave van reserveonderdelen en onderhoudt contact met de transporteur in geval van problemen;
- Je volgt dagelijkse de informatie met betrekking tot reserveonderdelen (nieuwe accessoires, nieuwe modellen, technische informatie en servicecampagnes voor mogelijke bestellingen, onderdelenbulletin);
- Je handhaaft orde en netheid in de winkel;
- Je volgt interne procedures en instructies.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt een affiniteit met de automobielsector, een ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt.
- Je bent dynamisch, precies, georganiseerd en hebt zin voor initiatief;
- Je bent klantgericht en bezorgd over de goede kwaliteit van de activiteiten;
- Je hebt een analytische geest, probleemoplosser en je kan ook problemen melden aan je hiërarchie;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van voorraadbeheersoftware (idealiter ervaring in een geautomatiseerd ERP SAP-systeem of Incadea) en de Microsoft office suite.
- Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
