Customer whisperer with high quality standards
Our customers love you. You make sure they get exactly what they signed up for. When negotiating contracts and SLAs, you invariably find a balance between our interests and those of the customer. Has the case been settled? Then you check mercilessly the compliance and quality, quantity and costs. You measure our performance and report on it clearly, keep accurate records and ensure transparent and correct invoicing.

Proactively deliver service

Bottlenecks or incidents do not get the chance to become problems: you solve them proactively or convert them into improvement processes.

You involve the right Arxus experts in this and ensure that they always raise the quality to a higher level.

Together with your sales colleagues, you hold strategic meetings with our customers, tell them about our new products and services and convert their needs into operational actions.


Customer Success Manager:
what's in your suitcase?

As a Customer Success Manager you are a bridge builder who prioritizes long-term relationships over quick success. You effortlessly combine your commercial flair and social talent with your nerdy side. You work independently and smoothly with your customers and colleagues and you dare to take initiative. You have already earned your spurs in a similar position.

  • You know IT Service Management, you are preferably also ITIL certified and you have a good basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, modern workplace and cloud solutions. You obviously have experience with Service Level Agreements and operational contract management.
  • You always view our services from the customer's point of view and translate this to your colleagues. Ambition is not a dirty word for you. Especially when it comes to quality, you always want to do better. With your alert and analytically strong mind, you also know exactly where and how things can be improved.
  • To serve our national and international customers, you speak and write flawlessly in Dutch and English and you express yourself fluently in French.
