Responsible for more than 32 billion euros in purchasing power, Entegra is among the largest sourcing organizations (GPO's) in the world, employing more than 300 experts and in partnership with more than 1,500 suppliers and 25,000 customers in Europe) on both continents.


As part of the strong development and growth opportunities in Belgium, we are looking for a Commercial & Strategic Relations Director or Lead.

By joining our dynamic team, you will be in charge and responsible for our key business relationships.

You will create a living network with suppliers and clients with the aim of developing the volumes purchased, ensure their retention within the Entegra network, as well as ensure the acquisition of new members along the way.

Reporting to the Country Managing director, and joining the Country Leadership Team, your core responsibilities will be the following - you will also be expected to contribute to transversal projects:

Business development / Acquisition of new clients:

  • Generate Sales and achieve growth and profitability objectives

Build Go-To
Market strategy by priority (sub )segments based on a solid understanding of the market, competition, key stakesholders and trends-
Build Sales targeting plan supported by Marketing plan (incl. fairs), supported by Entegra Europe Marketing team

  • Enrich our sales pipeline and move along prospect through our sales process efficiently

Develop opportunity & Solution design: Analyze and understand the challenges of prospects to adapt our proposal / offer to their specific needs, taylor made solutions

Contract negotiations & Signature: Monitor your portfolio of prospects throughout the sales process: from qualifying leads, solution design until the signing of the contract and first orders via Entegra suppliers

  • Ways of working
  • Methodical, systematic and rigorous use of our CRM
    Salesforce and reporting on sales actiivity via Salesforce dashboards
  • Leverage your existing
    network but also expand your own network, e.g. via social media and fairs
  • Coordinate
    sales agents (Procent and external ones) and find new ones for lead generation
  • Foster
    sales
    synergies with Entegra other countries for opportunities for multicountry accounts,
    and with Sodexo teams (OSS, BRS, Supply/Food platform, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain
    effective communication with Entegra team of experts all along the sales process, notably at Solution design stage and in preparation of the New client onboarding

Business Development / Follow-up on the new clients and the suppliers serving them, in order to ensure we grow and retain our clients:

  • Client side
  • Build and nurture relationships with New client's
    stakeholders (incl. regular checks and Annual Expectations Meetings, web of influence)
  • Monitor the volumes of
    purchases through our partner suppliers
  • Propose new referenced suppliers proactively to increase
    compliance and
    crosssell food, beverages, nonfood categories:
  • Get involved in
    retention or renewal process of our clients
  • Supplierpartner side
  • Build connections and foster partnership spirit with suppliers working with the New clients, in order to ensure
    supplier engagement for full satisfaction of the clients
  • Develop a regional supplier network (with sales representatives, sales managers, major regional accounts) and engage them to build
    Joint Go-ToMarket plans (leads from suppliers to help them open door or grow share of wallet or retain, etc.)
  • Highlight the
    added value generated by Entegra for suppliers, in order to create synergy and strengthen our partnerships

Profile:

  • Experience in a B2B sales role with operational background
  • Strong knowledge of the restaurant, caterer and hotel (horeca) market in Belgium
  • Ability to use your network in the hotel & restaurant market
  • Ability to build new client relationships and maintain longterm relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English
  • Good skillsets in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Driver License
  • Ability to be mobile, daily travel throughout Belgium
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and social mindset
  • Team player with strong emphasize on ownership
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a key role in the development of Entegra in Belgium
