Description
Your tasks in this function:
- You will follow up on unpaid invoices on a daily basis in collaboration with the Sales department & accounting.
- You will resolve and investigate irregularities between the accounting and the system.
- Followup of supplier orders
- Followup of furniture deliveries
- Customer invoicing
- You will actively participate in the improvement of the procedures related to your responsibilities.
- You will assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks.
Profile
- You have a very good knowledge of FR or NL and a basic knowledge of the other language
- You are proactive and reliable
- You have a natural sense of order and results
- You like to work in a team
