Pour le Partnership « Managed Cloud" que Proximus a commencé, nous avons besoin d'étendre l'équipe Partnership pour pouvoir, ensemble avec notre partenaire, garantir la réalisation des objectifs définis dans le cadre de ce partenariat.

Le but de l'équipe Partnership est de faire de ce partenariat un succès, de faciliter l'implémentation du changement du modèle opérationnel, de prendre le lead dans l'organisation du change management et de garantir la livraison de ce qui est défini dans le contrat.

Afin de renforcer cette équipe, nous cherchons un collègue motivé pour le rôle de « Service Delivery Manager »

Votre Mission:

- S'assurer de la livraison/réalisation des bénéfices attendus
- Participer à la gestion du budget
- Contrôler les prestations du partenaire via l'établissement, l'implémentation, le suivi, la guidance des SLA et KPI convenus
- Prendre les actions nécessaires pour et avec le partenaire sur base des résultats des SLA et KPI
- Superviser la gestion des contrats logiciels et s'assurer de leur utilisation la plus efficace
- Diriger et/ou exécuter (éventuellement avec le partenaire) des exercices et missions et requêtes spécifiques à Proximus (par exemple dans le cadre des réductions énergétiques)
- Guider, conseiller et aider notre partenaire
- Gérer les imprévus et l'inattendu, définir les problèmes et les plans d'actions appropriés
- Faciliter les décisions conjointes
- Développer des plans de crises et/ou des plans alternatifs
- S'assurer d'une participation suffisante de Proximus dans les projets concernant l'infrastructure IT et d'une participation suffisante du partenaire dans les projets des équipes applicatives
- S'assurer des interactions nécessaires entre les différentes équipes informatiques et les clients externes, y compris BICS

Profil
- Avoir de l'expérience avec les processus d'entreprises dans différents secteurs de l'industrie
- Avoir de l'expérience dans la gestion d'un catalogue de produits
- Avoir une bonne connaissance et de l'expérience concernant la gestion des processus, la personnalisation et l'intégration
- Avoir une bonne communication, un esprit analytique, des compétences techniques et de bonnes relations interpersonnelles.
- Avoir une bonne expérience concernant l'analyse et la modélisation des processus
- Avoir une bonne expérience concernant le travail avec différentes personnes et équipes dans une grande organisation
- La compréhension des processus ITIL est souhaitée
- Avoir des connaissances concernant les méthodes, les produits et les concepts dans le cadre de la gestion de qualité
- Avoir des connaissances de bases concernant l'analyse des données et les outils statistiques
