Als teammanager Claims Property beheer je dagelijks een team van schadebeheerders Brand.
Als teammanager Claims:
- ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding en de werking van het team schadegevallen brand voor de vestigingen Brussel en Luik en bied je ondersteuning aan je medewerkers, enerzijds door hen te coachen, te motiveren en te beoordelen in hun functie en anderzijds door hen te begeleiden en de correcte toepassing van de voorgeschreven processen op te volgen;
- onderhoud je een nauwe samenwerking met de diensten van experts en commerciëlen om onze makelaars en klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te kunnen zijn;
- treed je op als drijvende kracht in de verandering door proactief de digitale oplossingen binnen het team te promoten;
- kan je worden gevraagd om deel te nemen aan projecten om de efficiëntie van de medewerkers, de processen en/of procedures te verbeteren;
- volg je de technische resultaten van je team op en werk je de actieplannen uit die nodig zijn om de kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen te bereiken;
- volg je de individuele prestaties op;
- organiseer je het team zodanig dat het de vooropgestelde resultaten kan bereiken.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je bent een echte 'People Manager' met een positieve, motiverende en coachende persoonlijkheid en je bent beschikbaar voor je team en zorgt ervoor dat de resultaten behaald worden.
- Je hebt een master of een bachelor (rechten, verzekeringen) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je kan terugblikken op minstens vijf jaar beroepservaring in schadebeheer brand.
- Een eerste ervaring als teammanager is een troef.
- Je bent Franstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je drukt je perfect uit, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kan autonoom werken en beslissingen nemen in complexe en belangrijke dossiers.
- Je bent georganiseerd, creatief en oplossingsgericht
- Je geeft blijk van teamgeest en durft initiatief te nemen om de goede werking van de dienstverlening te garanderen.
- Je bent empathisch, je staat open voor feedback en je bent klantgericht.
