Voor onze Starbucks in Brussel Zuid zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste
**Shift Supervisor**
- Je staat 100% van de tijd mee op de werkvloer tussen jouw collega's. De focus in jouw job ligt op het operationele, aangevuld met enkele administratieve taken zoals het maken van bestellingen.
- Je bent tijdens je shift verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team Barista's**.**:

- Je vormt de tussenschakel tussen medewerkers en het management.
- Je steekt je handen uit de mouwen en geeft daarbij het goede voorbeeld aan je teamleden zodat je gasten altijd genieten van een feilloze customer experience. Uitstekende service en kwaliteitsvolle producten zijn hierbij de sleutelbegrippen.
- Je blijft rustig op drukke momenten of bij onverwachte gebeurtenissen en zorgt er zo voor dat het team goed blijft functioneren.
- Je coacht voortdurend medewerkers op energieke wijze en lost met de nodige portie gezond verstand problemen op.
- Tijdens jouw shift zorg je ervoor dat steeds de juiste medewerker op de juiste plaats wordt ingezet.
- Je ziet er op toe dat de geldende kwaliteitsnormen opgevolgd worden.
- Je zorgt voor een positieve ontwikkeling van je medewerkers door coaching en je voorziet training on the job waar nodig.
- Je beheert de kassa.
- Je rapporteert aan de Manager.
- De wensen van de gast zijn voor jou altijd eerste prioriteit; je beschikt over inlevingsvermogen en een dienstverlenende instelling zodat je de gasten altijd van een vlekkeloze service kan voorzien.
- Je ziet snel commerciële opportuniteiten. Zo vormen aantrekkelijke vitrines en een vlot contact met de gasten voor jou een belangrijke prioriteit.
- Een eerste ervaring als teamleider is een groot pluspunt.
- Je bent gebeten door de horeca omgeving en houdt van teamwork.
- Je hebt een 'hands
- on' mentaliteit en je werkt operationeel mee, aan de zijde van je team.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve
- en sociale vaardigheden.
- Je bent stressbestendig en je past je als Shift Supervisor snel aan bij wisselende omstandigheden.

- We kunnen op jou rekenen van maandag tot en met zondag.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ofwel de opening ofwel de sluiting van de uitbating.
- Een flexibel uurrooster is prima voor jou (je werkt in shiften volgens wisselende uurroosters, inclusief weekends en feestdagen).
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je woont in de nabijheid van onze uitbating en kunt je met eigen vervoer (wagen, (brom)fiets, te voet) gemakkelijk verplaatsen naar de Coffee Store, ook op tijdstippen dat het openbaar vervoer nog niet operationeel is).
- Wij bieden je een deeltijds (32u) contract aan. Studenten komen helaas niet in aanmerking voor deze functie.
- Een verloning op maat van jouw verantwoordelijkheden plus aantrekkelijke extra legale voordelen (2229,94 bruto/maand, hospitalisatieverzekering na 6 maanden dienst, groepsverzekering, ecocheques,...)
- Bij de start van je carrière als Shift Supervisor bij Starbucks, voorzien wij je van een uitgebreide functiegerichte opleiding; de opleiding start met een 2 weken durende 'Barista
- opleiding' met aansluitend een 4 weken durende 'Shift Supervisor training'.
