Het departement Human Resources van AXA Belgium is op zoek naar een people analytics expert.

Je maakt deel uit van het 'People Insight'-team van het departement HR Strategic Office. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team van oude rotten in het vak die met plezier hun collega's opleiden en hun kennis over het data-universum willen delen.

De afgelopen jaren hebben wij onze HR-reportingtools geprofessionaliseerd (rationalisering en automatisering). Met die tools kunnen wij de evolutie van kernthema's (talentmanagement, absenteïsme, workforce) opvolgen en de business sneller voorzien van HR-gegevens. Ons team voert ook analyses op maat van de specifieke gegevens van onze klanten uit. Onze nieuwe ambitie bestaat erin om deze solide basis aan te wenden om het gebruik van onze data te stimuleren om meer complexe en/of voorspellende analyses te maken en zo aan het management van AXA Belgium advies te verstrekken over de huidige en toekomstige uitdagingen van onze organisatie.

Als people analytics expert
- Fungeer je als data-ambassadeur: dankzij je transparante en duidelijke communicatie maak je de mensen binnen human resources warm voor data
- Werk je mee aan de uitwerking van people analytics-dashboards op basis van de behoeften van HR en de business
- Verzamel en analyseer je HR-data en zorg je voor duidelijke visuals voor de business en het (top)management
- Voer je proactief gesprekken met je interne klanten (directieteams, middle management, business) zodat je weet hoe je de strategie van AXA moet vertalen in relevante indicatoren, en aarzel je niet om ze te 'challengen'
- Voer je ad-hocstudies omtrent 'people analytics' uit op basis van de behoeften van HR en de business
- Geef je advies aan je interne klanten door voorspellende analyses voor te stellen
- Ben je op de hoogte van de markttrends en ben je in staat om die weer te geven in je analyses Gebruik je betrouwbare gegevensbronnen op de markt om AXA Belgium te benchmarken
- Werk je mee aan de implementatie van projecten door gepaste en innoverende oplossingen voor te stellen en goed te keuren waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met alle aspecten van het project
- Interageer je met de dataoffice en IT om ons gegevensbeheer te verbeteren
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afnemen van HR-enquêtes en het analyseren van de resultaten

**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een passie voor data, zin om je team en je collega's te coachen en om actief mee te werken aan de ontwikkeling van een echte datacultuur binnen AXA
- Je bent autonoom en kunt makkelijk initiatief nemen
- Je bent gestructureerd, zowel in je werking als in het beheer van je prioriteiten
- Je kunt makkelijk een intern netwerk opbouwen, je bent communicatief en een teamspeler
- Je beschikt over een goed stakeholdermanagement, je kunt de vragen van de business in vraag stellen en indien nodig optreden als gatekeeper
- Je hebt idealiter een masterdiploma in een kwantitatieve en/of businessgeoriënteerde richting en minstens drie jaar ervaring als HR-data-analist of je hebt altijd al een uitgesproken interesse gehad voor dit gebied
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en hebt belangstelling voor de digitalisering; je blijft graag op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen ter zake
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Power BI en statistische analyses
