The team is composed out of three clusters and 8 multidisciplinary squads focussing on business analytics, back office analytics and machine learning engineering.
Your future job
The Squad Smart Automation part of the cluster Back Office Analytics & AI is looking for an Analytics Translator preferably with a proven track record in the field of Data Analytics or with experience in a related field, keen to learn fast and highly motivated by the AI ecosystem.
As an Analytical Translator you will act as a facilitator during the full development cycle of the A&AI project in the context of Smart Automation.
In particular you will be contributing to:
Business strategy:you are expected to put analytical research into perspective with business expectations. You are obsessed by the value delivered to the end user and map it to the bank's strategic pillars.
Use case delivery process **:you will shape the A&AI project end-to-end from ideation to industrialisation
- Ideation and validation: You identify and assess the potential value of analytical use cases together with the operational teams. You translate business expectations into clear KPIs. You help define the project governance and manage expectations if needed.
- Setup: You perform the technical and business feasibility assessment. With the Product Owner you will translate and slice business requirements into Feature items that will be added to the squad's backlog. You ensure that the use case meets legal & privacy constraints.
- Development: In respect with our Agile framework, you collaborate with the Product Owner, the Scrum Master and the squad to ensure a continuous delivery (remove blocking points, assess the risks and manage impediments). You followup on the different use cases and ensure a proper communication with the onboarded stakeholders.
- Industrialization: You will fill the bridge with IT colleagues and/or MLops engineers for the implementation. You promote user adoption during the aftercare. You monitor closely the added value and you continuously try to improve this value.
Quality & risk management **:you will contribute to the refinement, implementation and follow-up of the processes of A&AI delivery, this in order to mitigate the Risk and improve the Quality of the A&AI services we deliver (This aspect covers the assurance on the model quality, on the rules and guidelines ensuring the respect of the privacy constraints, as well as on the release and activation process).

Enabling Services **:you will actively stimulate the collaboration between A&AI community of the Bank and act as a permanent bank wide catalyst. You may animate the A&AI Community, create awareness around the existing A&AI capabilities towards other departments in the bank and follow up the market evolution.

Requirements for this function:
- You have a Master's degree in (commercial) engineering or science.
- You have fluent knowledge of English and a good level of French and/or Dutch.
- A strong willingness to continuously learn new A&AI solutions as well as the business challenges of the bank. Demonstrates a passion for the analytical field
