De afdeling Data & Analytics Insurance omvat een multifunctioneel team dat met name bestaat uit data scientists, data engineers, data analysts en data managers, die de organisatie ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van advanced analytics & AI, data management, customer analytics en reporting. Belfius heeft een duidelijke visie en strategie op het vlak van data door er een centrale plaats aan toe te kennen binnen de organisatie.

In dat verband zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe gemotiveerde collega om ons team te versterken. Als Customer Data Analyst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de insights, de selectie & evaluatie van de marketingcampagnes en de reportings over het klantengedrag. Je haalt je gegevens vooral uit sociaal-demografische bronnen, uit cijfers over het bezit van producten, de online customer journey, CRM en verkoopgegevens. Jij wordt verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van het beslissingsproces door kostbare informatie te verstrekken aan je collega's.

Rol:

- Samenwerken met het Marketing & Digital sales-team voor het tot stand brengen van doelgroepen, en de juiste selectiecriteria voorstellen op basis van data.
- De nodige inlichtingen verschaffen voor de enquêtes en de recurrente reportings over onze klanten en hun producten beheren.
- De behoeften van de business omzetten in data-oplossingen: insight analyses uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van de beslissingen op basis van een open vraag van de business. De kennis over onze klanten uitdiepen om het antwoord te vinden en de key insights toelichten door middel van een heldere story line.
- Gebruik van analysetools en talen om de gegevens te verwerken en te analyseren; grondige kennis verwerven van de beschikbare gegevens over de klanten en hun verzekeringsproducten.
- Ad-hocverslagen opstellen over digitale data met behulp van tools zoals Adobe Analytics.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de andere Data-teams en hun projecten (bv. samenwerken met de Data Scientists voor het benutten van de Propensity To Buy-modellen en ze omzetten in leads).
- KPI's uitwerken en de selectie en evaluatie van de marketingcampagnes of andere reportings automatiseren door ook dynamische dashboards te ontwikkelen in QlikSense.

Via al die taken draag jij actief bij tot de commerciële en strategische uitdagingen van Belfius Insurance.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je bent geboeid door data ;-
- Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, liefst in een bank
- en/of verzekeringsomgeving ;-
- Uitstekende analytische en reportingvaardigheden, zin voor synthese, het vermogen om structuur te brengen in complexe situaties ;-
- Je maakt je de jouw toegewezen taken eigen en je bent in staat de stakeholders te overtuigen en te beïnvloeden op basis van de analytische resultaten. Je bent in staat nieuwe ideeën en oplossingen aan te brengen ;-
- Het vermogen om in een dynamische omgeving autonoom, georganiseerd en flexibel te werken ;-
- Zin voor samenwerking en initiatief, snel kunnen leren, resultaatgerichtheid.-
- Programmeerervaring met SQL & SAS is vereist ;-
- Ervaring met Adobe Analytics en visualiseringstools (QlikSense, PowerBi) is een voordeel. Belangstelling voor Digital Analytics is ook een pluspunt ;-
- Goede kennis van de beide landstalen en van het Engels is vereist ;-
- Universitair diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.*
