Robert Half is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven kandidaat voor de functie van Internal Sales Assistent (m/v/x).

Onze klant is sinds de oprichting in 2003 als kleine onderneming gegroeid tot één van de grootste spelers in België op vlak van inzameling en verwerking van bouw
- en sloopafval.

Als Internal Sales Assistent sta je in voor volgende taken:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de professionele klanten per: mail, telefoon & online aanvraagformulier.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede opvolging van de klanten en staat in nauw contact met verschillende interne afdelingen waaronder planning & boekhouding.
- Je bent commercieel actief en helpt klanten teeds op een professionele en vriendelijke manier verder. Verkoopkansen laat je niet aan je voorbijgaan als potentiële klanten u contacteren
- Je staat in voor het opmaken van de offertes, ontvangt orderbevestigingen, plaatst bestellingen en volgt nauw de goedkeuringen van klanten op.
- Je beantwoordt accuraat inkomende vragen en eventuele klachten van klanten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de mailbox en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen binnen een bepaalde termijn feedback ontvangt
- Samen met de sales
- en admonistratieve collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele salestraject.
- Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de sales director

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn:

- Je beschikt over een Bachelor denkniveau
- Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar
- Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en het Frans
- Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen
