Waarschijnlijk komt onze naam je wel bekend voor. Elke dag worden er wereldwijd meer dan een miljoen Domino's Pizza's verkocht, waardoor Domino's Pizza het grootste pizzabezorg
- en afhaalbedrijf ter wereld is. De oorsprong van het bedrijf ligt in Ypsilanti in de Verenigde Staten, waar Tom Monaghan in 1960 een pizzeria kocht. Deze pizzeria werd na een paar jaar omgedoopt in Domino's Pizza en bleek de eerste van vele succesvolle vestigingen te zijn.
Anno 2023 telt de onderneming dan vestigingen wereldwijd, met zowel eigen als franchisewinkels. Het bedrijf is vertegenwoordigd in bijna 90 landen en is goed voor een jaaromzet van bijna 3 miljard dollar.
Domino's Pizza België werd opgericht in 1994 en telt vandaag meer dan 110 vestigingen. Het maakt deel uit van Domino's Pizza Enterprises (DPE). Deze franchiseorganisatie heeft meer 2.000 vestigingen in onder meer Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland, Japan, Frankrijk, Nederland en Duitsland en is beursgenoteerd aan de aandelenbeurs in Sydney.
Vacatureomschrijving
Als Local Store Marketeer ondersteun je Franchise Partners plannen te ontwikkelen om via lokale zichtbaarheid, activatie en promotie de omzet en winstgevendheid van hun winkels te laten groeien. Kennis van de lokale of regionale markt in de verschillende landsdelen is hierbij van belang. Hierbij stimuleer je het gebruik van de online marketing portal om zoveel mogelijk lokale marketing initiatieven te ondersteunen, en help je mee de portal uit te breiden met nieuwe (lokale) media kanalen of partners.
Dit kan om een flyerbedeling of out-of-home campagne zijn om een nieuwe productintroductie te ondersteunen, maar ook een lokale kortingsactie om te helpen orderaantallen te laten groeien. Tevens help je nieuwe winkels met het opstellen van een marketingplan rond de opening van de winkel.
Je begeleidt de campagnes van de creatie van de materialen, het ophalen van de deelnemende winkels tot het inplannen van Out-Of-Home reclame en flyerbedelingen, tevens hou je in de gaten dat het drukwerk op tijd bij de verschillende partijen is. Je schakelt met je collega's van het online team om ervoor te zorgen dat ook via de verschillende online kanalen de campagne goed ondersteund wordt.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het content beheer op de online marketingportal, zo zorg je dat onze franchisenemers altijd toegang hebben tot de meest up-to-date content en beeldmateriaal van onze producten.
Als Local Store Marketeer voor Domino's Pizza België, werk je nauw samen met de andere leden van het Benelux marketing team van Domino's Pizza, gevestigd te Berchem (BE) en Nieuwegein (NL). Je staat veel in contact met leden van het Operations team van Domino's en onderhoud je goede relaties met de franchisepartners.
Functie-eisen
Je hebt tenminste hogeschool werk
- en denkniveau en hebt bij voorkeur een studie marketing of communicatie afgerond. Je beschikt over een commerciële instelling en vier á vijf jaar relevante werkervaring, werkervaring in de QSR of FMCG industrie is een pré.
Daarnaast ben je gemotiveerd, zelfstandig, initiatiefrijk en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit. Relatiebeheer en stakeholdermanagement zijn je sterke punten. Voor deadlines ben je niet bang en je hebt oog voor detail. En uiteraard ben je gek op pizza, maar wie is dat nou niet?
