Key Accountabilities
❏ Vous prospectez activement des clients potentiels de votre propre initiative et par le biais d'efforts de marketing conjoints. Vous établissez des relations durables en vue de la poursuite de la croissanceet de la rentabilité de notre segment Private Banking.
❏ Vous accompagnez nos clients existants dans la structuration et l'optimisation de leurs actifs. Pour ce faire, vous bénéficiez de l'aide experte de nos assistants, Estate Planners, collègues de gestions, des équipes produits, du marketing et des crédits.
❏ Développement et gestion de la clientèle Private Banking actuelle, en collaboration avec les autres départements.
❏ Création, maintien et renforcement de la relation de confiance avec la clientèle, par l'identification de ses besoins et la proposition de solutions personnalisées
❏ Vous mettez l'accent sur notre expertise au sein d'IPB, en soulignant nos offres de gestion discrétionnaire, gestion conseil et solutions crédits.;
❏ Vous entretenez une étroite collaboration avec notre réseau d'agence
❏ Vous représentez la Banque dans la vie économique de votre région et dans diverses associations. De cette façon, vous construisez de manière proactive un réseau solide.
Key Profile
❏ Au moins 5 années d'expérience dans le Private Banking ou 10 ans d'expérience dans le Personal Banking
❏ Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Français. Bonne connaissance de l'anglais, celle du Néerlandais est un atout.
❏ Bonne connaissance en Financial Planning et intérêt pour les marchés financiers.
❏ Bonnes aptitudes commerciales.
❏ Forte capacité d'acquisition et de fidélisation de la clientèle.
❏ Esprit d'équipe et d'entreprise
❏ Résistant au stress, consciencieux et flexible
❏ Enthousiasme, empathie, vous êtes à l'écoute des besoins du client.
❏ Vous communiquez régulièrement avec vos collègues, vos clients et vos prospects, y compris en public
