Dan is de rol van Team leader Customer Excellence Group jou op het lijf geschreven. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van Belfius Direct Verzekeringen door jouw team te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen zodat jullie als team kunnen inspelen op de behoeftes van onze klanten.
**De job in een notendop**
- Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse operationele opvolging van het team zodat een correcte dienstverlening en de SLA's gegarandeerd worden.
- Je leidt, motiveert en coacht je team met het oog een optimale klantenrelatie, een up-to-date technische kennis en een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je voert ook opvolgings-, functionerings
- en evaluatiegesprekken met je medewerkers en je stimuleert hun ontwikkeling.
- Je volgt de performantie op met als doel je medewerkers te begeleiden, het geleverde werk kwalitatief bij te sturen en de efficiëntie en klant
- en relatiegerichtheid te verhogen.
- Je verzamelt, analyseert, rapporteert en communiceert informatie met als doel een vlotte werking op team-en afdelingsniveau mogelijk te maken enerzijds en als input voor het management bij het nemen van beleidsbeslissingen anderzijds.
- Je stimuleert het teamwerk, creëert een hecht team en organiseert teammeetings. Je zorgt voor een leuke werksfeer en begeleidt je team bij veranderingen.
- Je werkt mee aan allerlei projecten ter verbetering van bestaande processen, waarbij je streeft naar een betere effectiviteit en efficiëntie.
- Je werkt nauw en actief samen met je collega teamleaders en je afdelingshoofd aan de realisatie de afdelingsdoelstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega's van andere departementen.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team naar resultaten.
- Je studeerde af als bachelor en hebt een uitstekende kennis van de verzekeringsproducten BOAR, alsook van de toepasselijke wetgeving en Europese richtlijnen terzake.
- Je bent van nature uit een enthousiast leider en je weet hoe mensen te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren.
- Je bent in staat om constructieve feedback te geven met het oog op resultaat
- en klantgerichtheid en de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers.
- Je beschikt over goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, bent besluitvaardig en consistent.
- Je hebt een kritische en analytische geest.
- Je bent efficiënt en stressbestendig.
- Je beschikt over het vermogen om je aan wijzigende omstandigheden aan te passen.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans.
