School Coordination Manager

En charge d'une équipe d'une vingtaine de personnes mais aussi de sous-traitants (entretien du bâtiment par exemple), il/elle planifie, coordonne et supervise les activités des membres de l'équipe afin d'obtenir des résultats exceptionnels, à savoir:
- Maintenir un lien permanent avec l'école secondaire partenaire _Liège 1_ afin d'assurer une coordination optimale des programmes et cursus.
- Gérer l'administration de la Mosa, créer et mettre en œuvre ses politiques, procédures et règlements.
- Superviser et encadrer les étudiants (internes et externes), de jour comme de nuit et gérer le fonctionnement de l'internat.
- Gérer la relation avec les parents et les familles d'accueil et agir de relais avec l'équipe artistique et/ou académique quand ceci s'avère nécessaire.
- Gérer l'infrastructure, immeuble et meubles, son fonctionnement, son entretien ainsi que la sécurité des occupants.
- Fournir un support logistique pour toutes les activités et locations organisées au sein du bâtiment de l'école ainsi que pour les activités extra-scolaires.
- Assurer la gestion du restaurant.
Ses responsabilités ne couvrent pas l'enseignement de la danse ni les finances. Il/elle agit dans le cadre financier érigé par le CFO.
Cette fonction rapporte au CEO et est membre du Management Comittee au sein duquel il collabore de manière transversale avec _l'Artistic Director_, le _Head of Faculty_, le _Societal Impact Program _Manager et le _Communication, Sales & Marketing Manager_.
**1. Must Have**
- Expérience de directeur d'école d'au moins 5 ans
- Expérience de gestion d'un restaurant collectif d'au moins 2 ans
- Expérience dans l'utilisation de solutions informatiques de gestion
- Connaissances des lois et normes liées à l'enseignement et/ou au milieu culturel
- Capable d'analyser et de résoudre les problèmes
- Capable de prendre d'excellentes décisions en combinant données et informations
- Sens de l'organisation et de la délégation
- Sens de la bienveillance et de la collaboration
- Créativité, ouverture d'esprit et dynamisme
- Bonne connaissance de la Suite Office : Word, Excel et Powerpoint
- Français et anglais courants
