Tree Energy Solutions (TES) is a green hydrogen company supplying carbon-neutral energy on-demand at industrial scale.
The aim is to become a global leader in the future energy space and to provide Europe with renewable, affordable, and secure energy to diversify supply options and to help achieve the Net Zero agenda.
TES's prime objective is to accelerate the energy transition by leveraging existing technologies to reach customers with green hydrogen, green gas and green power to accelerate the phase-out of fossil fuels and to adopt a circular carbon economy.
To deliver on its ambitions TES is currently building a world class top management team. In parallel the organization is growing from 50+ employees today to several hundred by the end of next year.
What you will do:
The EU Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for establishing, leading and managing key stakeholder relationships, influencing perceptions, and supporting proactive engagement with political bodies, NGOs, local communities, and the scientific community at EU level.
This role will be operating in a diverse and challenging international environment, and will require strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a proactive stakeholder engagement and advocacy strategy towards key stakeholders. This will require, for the political bodies, close collaboration with the TES Regulatory team
- Coordinate and draft TES positions on stakeholderrelated topics
- Monitor and followup on relevant subsidiary opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with political bodies, NGOs, local communities, and the scientific community
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns
- Represent TES in external meetings and events

Who you are:
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Experience working with political bodies, NGOs, local communities, and/or the scientific community
- Ability to operate in a diverse and challenging international environment
- Strong team player who is able to connect across all functions of the TES organization, with the purpose of supporting the TES goals
- Proven ability to develop and implement stakeholder engagement and advocacy strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as public affairs, political science, or communications
