**Votre rôle**:
Participer à la définition et mise en place des règles et bonnes pratiques sur le site de production sur la base des lignes guides définies par la FQD et les autres organisations externes.
Participer à la définition et la mise en place des règles Food Safety, de l'HACCP, de la sanitation et des activités de Pest Control afin de garantir les conditions sanitaires appropriées dans l'environnement de travail.
Participer à la gestion des réclamations clients et à la définition et mise place des plans d'actions afin de garantir la qualité et l'excellence des produits.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Faire respecter les exigences légales, Food Safety, HACCP, sanitation et Pest Control.
- Editer les plans d'actions dans le domaine Food Safety, HACCP, sanitation et Pest Control. Assurer leur suivi et leur clôture.
- Réaliser des audits internes.
- Coopérer avec les autres départements dans les différents audits d'activités.
- Participer à l'analyse des dérives, analyses des causes, actions préventives, actions correctives, solutions d'améliorations.
- Participation aux projets Patrolling.
- Surveiller les indicateurs de processus et assurer la collecte des données centrales relatives à la Food Safety, HACCP et Pest Control en collaboration avec les autres départements.
- Réaliser le suivi des réclamations, les investigations et réaliser les analyses de tendance au minimum mensuellement et définir le plan d'action à mettre en place pour garantir l'excellence des produits.
- Elaborer et mettre à jour les plans HACCP, à travers la méthode d'analyse de risque.
- Sensibiliser les membres de l'entreprise aux GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, sanitation et Pest Control.
- Récolter, interprèter et archiver les enregistrements HACCP.
- Présentation des résultats, bilans et synthèses du Food Safety, HACCP et Pest Control à fréquence régulière.
- Prendre en charge la veille réglementaire pour les aspects Food Safety.
- Animer des réunions ou des groupes de résolutions de problèmes.
- Participer à l'analyse de risque et mise en place de plan d'action en cas de dérive Food Safety.
- Promouvoir la culture Food Safety sur le site.
- Réalisation et suivi des DA.
**Profil recherché**:
- Baccalauréat/Graduat ou équivalent avec expérience significative en qualité, méthodes, contrôle-qualité ou production ou master en qualité.
- 2-5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.
- Organisé et méthodique.
- Montrer une aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle.
- Grandes facultés d'organisation.
- Autonome au niveau de la gestion des réclamations et de la rédaction des synthèses hebdomadaire.
- Posséder des capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Déplacements sur les autres sites afin de réaliser des audits internes ou d'échanger sur les best practices.
- Être force de conviction auprès des salariés lors de la mise en œuvre d'optimisation Food Safety.
- La nature transversale de l'activité exige un sens du dialogue certain pour savoir faire appliquer des règles et outils méthodologiques.
- Etre sensible à la confidentialité.
- Connaître les exigences liées à la sécurité des aliments (règlementation et législation).
- Maîtrise d'Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). QDMS, SAP et Power BI sont un plus.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
