**TACHES PRINCIPALES ;**
**Savoir assurer l'ouverture / fermeture du magasin: Administratif gestion des caisses et de l'équipe**

Ouverture et fermeture des caisses Encodage administratif
Briefing d'équipe / Communiquer les priorités de la journée
Dispatche des tâches l'équipe
Mise en place du magasin

**Opérationnel journalier**
Dispatch de l'équipe dans les tâches journalières
S'assurer de la bonne opération des tâches de l'équipe
Être les référents pour les questions opérationnelles et en un cas de problème.

Savoir renseigner les clients (information produits et producteur)

Recueillir leurs demandes, plaintes et les communiquer aux responsables

Assurer l'aspect qualitatif du magasin
