Om ons huidig team van technische professionals te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Material Controller.
**Voornaamste taken**:
- Je volgt het gebruik op en past de voorraadparameters aan in het
systeem (Material Requirement Planning)
- Je analyseert proactief aankoopvoorstellen uit het
voorraadbeheersysteem om de beschikbaarheid te optimaliseren
- Je beheert het aankoopproces van materiaal om
de voorraad aan te vullen
- Je zorgt voor het gegevensbeheer van nieuwe materialen
en analyseert proactief vervangingsproducten in
overleg met de relevante afdelingen
- Je fungeert als interface tussen de leveranciers, interne
klanten en het controleorganisme (indien van toepassing) om
ervoor te zorgen dat het geleverde materiaal voldoet aan de
specificaties. Hiervoor ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het oplossen en controleren van technische problemen met betrekking tot het
materiaalproductieproces in samenwerking met
de keuringsinstantie en verschillende afdelingen
- Technisch advies geven bij aanbesteding en tijdens
productie voor standaardmaterialen
- De coderingen van nieuwe materialen beheren
- Onderhandelen van contracten met leveranciers in samenwerking
met de inkopers
**Profiel**:
- Een bachelor diploma bij voorkeur in een technisch vakgebied
- Een eerste beroepservaring, bij voorkeur in een industriële
omgeving is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk.
- Een sterke interesse in diepgaande technische kennis van
materialen die in de industriële sector worden gebruikt (petrochemie
leidingen, ketelbouw)
- Kritisch denken, logische visie en nauwgezetheid/precisie in jouw werk
- Een sterke teamgeest die je in staat stelt verbanden te leggen tussen
verschillende afdelingen
- Proactiviteit en vermogen om problemen op te lossen en oplossingen te vinden
- Uitstekende kennis van het Frans, het Nederlands en het Engels
- Kennis van MS Office
- Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt maar niet noodzakelijk.
