Operations Coordinator

Als Operationeel medewerker voor de site sta je in voor de veiligheid en opvolging van de expohallen, meeting centra en de volledige site.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor event organisatoren, zowel collega's als externe klanten;
- Je werkt mee aan de op
- en afbouw van evenementen en stuurt op projectbasis een crew van stagehands aan;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsrichtlijnen en maatregelen door iedereen worden gevolgd;
- Je staat in voor het opzetten van seminarieruimtes en signalisatie in en rond de hallen;
- Je staat mee in voor het beheer van het gebouw en rapporteert over de status ervan voor en na ieder event;
- Je zorgt voor een optimale klantenservice door een goed begrip van de noden van de klant;
- Je helpt mee aan een efficiënt magazijnbeheer.
**Het profiel**:
- Je werkt graag voor én achter de schermen en werkt graag met een afwisselend uurrooster;
- Je hebt een relevante ervaring van minstens 2 jaar in een technisch ondersteunende functie;
- Je hebt een basiskennis van geluid-, video
- en lichttechnieken en hebt interesse in innovaties en trends uit de sector;
- Kennis van MS Office Word en Excel (Autocad is een plus);
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding genoten;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt kennis van het Frans en Engels;
- Je kan met veel mensen overweg en bent makkelijk aanspreekbaar;
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, service-minded, hands-on en flexibel;
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
