Nous recherchons un.e** Field sales analyst** pour une entreprise familiale internationale dont les marques emblématiques suscitent l'enthousiasme des enfants et des adultes

***La** mission**:
En tant que Field Sales Analyst vous assisterez le National Field Sales Manager, les Field Sales Managers et les Regional Sales Representatives dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale avec un accent particulier sur l'aspect opérationnel et technique. Vous fournirez une analyse approfondie des KPI's sur le terrain et en gérerez les tiers (merchandising, événements sur le terrain, etc.).

**Principales responsabilités**:

- L'analyse du tableau de bord et des rapports KPI sur le terrain;
- Le tableau de bord de contrôle des magasins de l'entreprise;
- La gestion du POSM;
- L'analyse et les rapports ad-hoc;
- La gestion de l'outil CRM (maintenance et améliorations);
- Gestion et suivi des activités de merchandising: contact avec les partenaires externes et suivi quotidien; préparation des briefings, formulation de recommandations;
- Gestion et suivi du budget;
- Gestion de projet: améliorer des tableaux de bord actuels; soutenir et permettre la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils pour les équipes de terrain; diriger la mise en œuvre de nouveaux flux de processus (par exemple: l'approche de l'outil de prévision des ventes); traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en données tangibles (par exemple: la nouvelle approche du passage en caisse);
- Administration: gestion complète du processus d'achat (PR, PO); organisation d'événements (réservations, etc.); logistique sur le terrain (suivi de la gestion des stocks, ;
- Soutien au Field Sales Manager: formations d'équipe pour le Regional Sales Representative sur les outils de terrain (par ex. CRM, tableaux de bord); soutien à la présentation pour les réunions sur le terrain.

**Le profil idéal**:

- **Master** en économie, gestion ou marketing;
- **Une première expérience** (ou stage) en FMCG et connaissance du terrain (retail);
- **Compétences analytiques**, esprit critique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes;
- Méthode de travail structurée et bonnes compétences en matière de définition des priorités;
- Autonomie et proactivité;
- Bonne capacité de communication;
- Compétences en gestion MS Office (bonne connaissance d'Excel);
- ** Très bonne connaissance du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais.**
