IT Projects
- Experience in managing challenging IT projects until completion - System Implementations, integration
- Involvement in Hotel/Bar/Restaurant Openings and the related technology
- Ability to suggest and apply new technologies based on leading industry trends
- Leveraging third party support for project delivery
Member Support
- Ensuring excellent support for Working From members with available technology
- Coordinating AV requirements for events
- Assisting with onboarding and setting up of New Office
Security
- Maintaining GDPR and PCI compliance from a networking standpoint
- Enhancing network and application security as business scales
- Experience in designing and managing complex network environments with multiple interconnectivity points and WAN links
Server / Workstation Management
- Proficiency in managing multiple endpoints with diverse OS variations
- Management of multiple servers, Windows Server 2008 R2 - 2019
- Experience with Meraki/JAMF MDM for endpoint management
- Patch Management for Servers & Workstations
- Build Management, including laptop, desktop, and upgrades
Management
- Promptly resolving IT issues through team or third party support
- Effective management of all Systems (Administration/Patching/Upgrades)
- Participating in the annual budget process, distinguishing between CAPEX/OPEX
- Supporting new starter and leaver processes when required
- Supervising mobile phone contract management with HOD's
- Previous IT Management experience across multiple sites
- Basic Networking skills - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs etc.
- Familiarity with various Tech kit from phone systems to firewalls and beyond
- Passionate about Tech and industry advancements
- Ready to take ownership and pride in work; hands-on approach to tasks and achieving outcomes
