Wat ga jij doen
Je gaat vooral:
- Samenwerken met business process eigenaars om te zorgen voor een goede implementatie en optimalisatie van de processen.
- Ondersteunen van de business process eigenaars bij het aanpassen van het kwaliteitsmanagement systeem om te voldoen aan klantspecifieke of wetgevende noden (e.g. Medical devices, Space, Automotive, etc.).
- Uitvoeren van interne audits en audits bij leveranciers/subcontractors.
- Training geven met betrekking tot algemene en specifieke kwaliteit gerelateerde onderwerpen (kwaliteitsintroductie, business processes, risico management,..) en bevorderen van algemene quality awareness
- Actief samenwerken met onze Quality Ambassador Community om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de verschillende teams te verzekeren.
- Stimuleren en ondersteunen van kwaliteitsverbetering projecten binnen de verschillende teams en actief deelnemen als kwaliteitsexpert in grotere projecten.
- Beheren en monitoren van het risico management proces op operationeel level. Als business process eigenaar, zorg je voor de implementatie van het process, voorzie je nodige opleiding en neem je verbeteracties waar nodig.

- Je beschikt over een Master diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ondersteund in het uitrollen en verbeteren van Business Processen en je hebt ervaring in Risk Management binnen Quality Assurance. Ervaring met audits is een plus.
- Je bent vertrouwd met een aantal tools voor kwaliteitsverbetering, zoals 8D, PDCA, FMEA,....
- Je blinkt uit in communicatie, je luistert actief en kunt bruggen bouwen. Jouw geschreven en gesproken communicaties zijn helder en doelgericht. Klantgerichtheid kenmerkt jou als professional en je drukt je op moedertaal-niveau uit in het Nederlands en bent vloeiend in het Engels.
- Met jouw onafhankelijk denken en je oplossingsgerichte en pragmatische aanpak, win je vertrouwen bij de business.
- Jouw aanpak is planmatig en analytisch en je ontwikkelt en deelt jouw visie.
