**Description**
Als Consolidatiedeskundige kom je te werken bij Group Accounting Service, in de afdeling Financiën.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse groepsconsolidaties en zorgt voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve levering van intercompany en intra Divisie doorrekeningen en geeft leiding aan een klein team.
Als onderdeel van uw rol:
- Je bereidt de geconsolideerde rekeningen voor (herwaarderingen, aanpassingen, eliminaties,...) voor de verschillende consolidatieniveaus, in overeenstemming met Belgian GAAP en IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- U voert analyses uit van de resultaten van de entiteiten van de groep om de betrouwbaarheid van de invoergegevens in de consolidatietool te garanderen.
- Contacten onderhouden met interne belanghebbenden en groepsentiteiten over boekhoudkundige/consolidatiekwesties (intercompany bewegingen, boekhouding voor specifieke transacties,...).
Dit omvat:
- Personeelsbeheer (belast met de halfjaarlijkse evaluatie, opstellen van doelstellingen, opvolgen van loopbaanontwikkeling, opvolgen van vakantiedagen,... )
- Het maandelijkse intercompany afstemmingsproces met als doel alle intercompany transacties (P&L, balans en buitenbalans) tussen de entiteiten van de Groep op elkaar af te stemmen.
- De identificatie van intercompany verschillen
- De output follow-up, controle en gerelateerde reconciliaties/onderzoeken
- De outputrapportage en gerelateerde commentaren
- De deelname aan de maandelijkse operationele doorbelastingcyclus, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot Chargeback/diensten, HR, Faciliteiten en Vergoedingen transacties.
- Het opstellen en opvolgen van doorberekeningsovereenkomsten
- Het beheer en de follow-up van de verschillende verzoeken ter verbetering van de onderliggende processen
- Verzekeren van reconciliatie van de rekeningen en interne controle documentatie op toegewezen items
- De deelname aan de voortdurende verbetering van alle consolidatie
- en intercompanyprocessen, zoals architectuurupgrades, het bijwerken van de desbetreffende standaardwerkprocedures (SOP's), enz.
- Het beoordelen en bijwerken van documentatie van beleid en procedures
- De analyse van nieuw/gewijzigd boekhoudbeleid
- De ondersteuning van interne en externe auditors
- Het bijhouden van consolidatiedocumentatie over historische gebeurtenissen
- De ondersteuning/hulp aan FSC
**Profile**
- Goede kennis van het Engels. Frans en/of Nederlands is een pluspunt
- Ervaring: 5 tot 10 jaar in een boekhoudkundige functie, idealiter met goede ervaring in groepsconsolidaties;
- uitstekende kennis van theoretische/praktische aspecten van boekhouding, idealiter gekoppeld aan een goede achtergrond in consolidatie
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en goed georganiseerd
- Bedreven gebruiker van de MS Office suite, met name Excel
- In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- aanpassingsvermogen en het vermogen om in een dynamische en veranderende omgeving te werken
- Goede kennis van IFRS/IAS is een pluspunt
- Kennis van financiële instrumenten en de bijbehorende boekhoudkundige levenscyclus is een pluspunt
