**Jouw uitdaging**
- Je staat in voor het algemene secretariaat (facturatie, bestellingen, voorbereiding van interne vergaderingen, enz.)
- Je bereidt vacatures voor en plaatst ze in het Frans en het Nederlands op de verschillende rekruteringsnetwerken en -platforms
- Je beheert en werkt de website bij
- Je beheert de sociale netwerken (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Je beheert de agenda's van de consultants
- Je stelt dossiers op en werkt ze bij
- Je prospecteert kandidaten ( via LinkedIn zoeken, enz.)
- Je analyseert, volgt op en werkt resultaten, cijfers, enz. bij.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van het geschreven en gesproken Frans
- Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie
- Je bent autonoom, kan prioriteiten beheren, gestructureerd en op zoek naar veelzijdigheid
- Je hebt goede sociale vaardigheden en een goede teamgeest
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van IT-tools (zoals het Office Pack) en sociale netwerken
- Je wilt samen werken met mode, textiel, cosmetica, juwelen, meubels...
