As a part of the European Sales Team, you'll help the company tackle challenges and grow as you gain a deeper understanding of their clients' unique needs. You'll provide easy-to-use solutions that deliver the performance they crave, while strengthening their relationships and unlocking new possibilities.

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Managing Director and under his/her direction the Sales Representative Europe establishes and maintains working relationships with clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and strives to achieve maximum profitability and market penetration/share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Matches the Company's technical, commercial, and operational capabilities to customer needs through developing a clear understanding of customer's business and technical issues and drivers and effective delivery of technical sales presentations and personal working relationships.
- Calls on assigned and non-assigned accounts to effectively promote and sell the Company's products, services, and close sales.
- Prepares concise and accurate reports, forecasts, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations and decisions.
- Coordinates and cooperates with other company representatives to ensure that goals are being met and company standards are being upheld.

**Your profile**
- You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Chemistry, Engineering or Marketing
- You are fluent in German, English and Dutch
- You are an extravert person with a positive energy
- You are willing to travel regularly (120 days/year)
- You are a born salesperson and are ready to prospect new customers throughout Europe
- Ability to conduct presentations and handle customers’ questions: you are good at reporting and forecasting
- Self-motivated learner. Quick study.
- Enthusiastic, competitive, hands-on with a strong work ethics
- Ability to take direction and to be coached and mentored, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to listen and understand customer’s needs through developing a clear understanding of customer’s business and technical issues.
- Preferably, but not a must if other qualifications requested are outstanding, experience from either the electrical power industry or the petroleum industry.
