**General Job Description**:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisation skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. We value intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to achieve results.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company through various sales channels, in collaboration with marketing and in line with regional sales objectives;
- Contacting and qualifying potential customers;
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals;
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies in order to reach sales targets;
- Using customer relationship management (CRM) software (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to manage leads and sales activities;
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments;
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or IT, or other related major;
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field;
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn about IT, technology and industry trends in financial services;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Time management and organizational skills; rigour;
- A strong drive to achieve results;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability to change;
- Fluency with office tools (MS Office, any experience with a CRM is a plus);
- Fluency in English is a must; any additional European language is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work Schedule: Full time, and may need to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
- Work may require occasional travel for trade show events, customer meetings and conferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
