Associate Specialist, Implementation (Rosetta Program)
Customer Delivery Europe is in the center of the Mastercard Europe Organization and the key contact between the business units of Divisions, Operations and Technology, Global amongst other.
The Customer Implementation Services (CIS) is part of Customer Delivery and within it one gets to work in a customer-facing environment, driving new and existing products/services to market from an implementation perspective.
Your role in this equation would cover:
- Playing an instrumental role in the delivery of Mastercard existing and new products and services from an implementations’ perspective
- Being a part of a dynamic and motivated team highly dedicated to new technologies
- Acting as central point of contact for customers and/or Mastercard customer representatives throughout a project
- Documenting a customer’s needs and assessing the implementation impacts on both the customers’ and Mastercard’s processing systems and platforms
- Working and partnering extensively with other internal teams (e.g. operational, product integrators and delivery teams)
Your profile:
- You are eligible for a Rosetta contract (26 years old or below at the end of the 2y contract)
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Information Technology, Business or Project Management (or similar).
- You are motivated by technologies and have a genuine interest in the payments’ industry
- You have a keen interest in the technical aspect of the implementation of payment technologies and are open to learning and troubleshooting
- You have excellent written and verbal skills in English (but speaking several languages is a plus)
- You feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels
- You are a team player
- You have great problem solving and logical thinking skills
- You are structured, results driven and solution oriented
- You are motivated and proactive
