Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in?

Mediafin is op zoek naar dynamische en klantvriendelijke Jr. Account Executive een Voor het team dat zich bezighoudt met de verkoop van **De Tijd/L'Echo abonnementen aan onze B2B klanten (News Services).**Dankzij jouw commerciële drive, **breid je de business** van News Services **uit**. Enerzijds doe je dit door nieuwe opportuniteiten **bij bestaande klanten** te spotten.
-Anderzijds bel je spontaan **potentiële klanten** op, en weet je dankzij jouw enthousiasme je prospecten te overtuigen van onze producten.
-Je bent het **aanspreekpunt** van de key account klanten.
-Je begeleidt klanten bij het opzetten van hun **bedrijfsabonnementen.**Je optimaliseert en maximaliseert het engagement van de B2B-klanten/lezers.
-Je zorgt voor de klachtenafhandeling van de B2B klanten.
-Je volgt kleinere accounts actief op samen met het contact center.
-Calamiteiten, behoeften en **ideeën voor verbeteringen** opvolgen en indien nodig uitwerken tot een nieuw project.
-Je werkt mee aan de implementatie van nieuwe procedures en toepassingen.

**Jouw profiel**:
Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het **Frans** en **Nederlands**, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
-Sales zit in jouw DNA en **prospectie** schrikt jou niet af.
-Je legt de lat hoog en probeert uit elke opportuniteit het maximale resultaat te halen.
-Je werkt **zelfstandig** en durft zelf de lead te nemen.
-Jouw **sterke commerciële feeling** en onderhandelingsskills komen daarbij goed van pas.
-Je wint snel het vertrouwen van klanten, je begrijpt heel goed wat hun noden zijn, en je speelt daarop in.
-Je hebt een grondige kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Je beheert jouw prioriteiten goed en vertoont daarbij een **gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin.**Je beschikt over sterke **administratieve skills.**
