- en samenwerkingsopportuniteiten, dan bij dé persoon die we zoeken- Wat ga jij doenAls innovation manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning en begeleiding van innovatiedossiers, voornamelijk binnen het programma. Zo ben je betrokken in het opzetten en managen van relaties met bedrijven, social profit organisaties en onderzoeksgroepen die deelnemen aan een imec innovatiedossier.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Adviseren, coachen en managen van R&D-projecten in het domein van de geavanceerde (nano)elektronica en open innovatie consortia (bedrijven, social profit organisaties, start-ups en onderzoeksgroepen).
- Op basis van de noden van de regionale bedrijvenpartners opportuniteiten tot samenwerking met imec (ook buiten imec's eigen open innnovatieprogramma's) detecteren.
- De innovatievragen van bedrijven matchen met de gepaste imec onderzoeksgroepen of departementen en daartoe het nodige overleg coördineren.
- Na afloop van R&D-projecten: oog hebben voor de mogelijkheden tot verdere samenwerking met imec, bv. in een bilaterale samenwerking of in een licentie-overeenkomst.
- Imec vertegenwoordigen in het steering committee van de innovatieprojecten.
- Managen van een bepaalde imec marktsegment (vb. health, media & entertainment, logistiek & supply chain) of functioneel domein en het opzetten en beheren van partnerrelaties voor dat domein.
- Mee invulling geven aan de imec innovatieprogramma's (bv. door outreach naar bedrijven, de inhoudelijke invulling van workshops, opvolging van de projecten, funnel management ).
- Imec en imec innovatieprogramma's vertegenwoordigen in nationale en internationale netwerken, (netwerk)events en conferenties.

- Je combineert een Master Ingenieurswetenschappen in de elektronica of PhD in een verwant domein met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol. Zo heb je specifieke ervaring met intrapreneurship projecten in het domein van de elektronica binnen een grotere (R&D) organisatie of onderzoeksinstelling.
- Door je ervaring in innovatieprojecten, project management en road mapping, weet je snel de noden van je gesprekspartners te detecteren en weet je de link te leggen naar innovatie
- en samenwerkingsopportuniteiten.
- Jouw passie voor innovatie zorgt ervoor dat je op de hoogte bent van de nieuwste trends in de markt. Hierdoor ben je in staat marktopportuniteiten te identificeren, te analyseren en te beoordelen op hun potentieel.
- Je bent een bruggenbouwer met zeer sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en kan kritisch en probleemoplossend meedenken met je gesprekspartners.
- Dankzij jouw veerkracht en resultaatgerichtheid laat je je niet uit het lood slaan door een onverwachte tegenslag.
- Je bent een echte intrapreneur die gedreven is om mee te werken aan duurzame innovatie. Je denkt outside-of-the-box en ziet opportuniteiten en kansen in plaats van problemen.
