ACA Group wil zich sterker positioneren als een innovatieve speler op het vlak van digitale transformatie. In dat kader zijn we op zoek naar een collega die zich fulltime wil focussen op het uitdenken van innovatieve services, deze in de markt aftoetsen en ze vervolgens succesvol uitbouwen en implementeren. Daarbij kan je omgaan met tegenslagen, obstakels die moeten overwonnen worden, of een lang proces van vallen en opstaan.

**Jouw rol binnen ACA**:
Als Innovation Manager heb je een uitdagend en breed takenpakket:
- Je helpt de CIO bij de vertaling van de visie en strategie voor services mbt digitale innovatie binnen ACA in een werkbare roadmap met als doel onze offering rond innovatie in de markt te versterken; je draagt de ACA visie en strategie hierover intern en extern uit.
- Je spot en onderzoekt nieuwe trends en innovatieve/disruptieve technologieën, en je kijkt hoe deze als hefboom kunnen ingezet worden om toegevoegde waarde te creëren voor de klant.
- Je stuurt, in overleg met het Marcom team, innovatiegerichte activiteiten op het vlak van marketing, pre-sales en sales.
- Als innovation evangelist en facilitator organiseer en leid je workshops en sounding boards om innovatieve opportuniteiten uit te werken en te concretiseren, je zet proof-of-concept acties op om de validiteit te testen binnen een beperkt tijdskader; je overtuigt klanten van nieuwe paradigma's die voor een competitief voordeel kunnen zorgen.
- Je neemt een project en/of program management rol op en beheert de (portfolio van de) diverse projecten, inclusief het monitoren van budgetten, resources, milestones,...; je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de technical champions en maakt gebruik van de agile methodologie in de projectopvolging; je verzekert dat de oplossing/progressie in lijn ligt met de strategische doelstellingen (i.e. het innovation framework).
- Je zorgt voor een effectieve en correcte besluitvorming, bv. door de funneling van ideeën, en een doeltreffende toewijzing van budgetten.
- Je verzamelt de nodige informatie om subsidieaanvragen te doen en werkt deze uit (bv. Vlaio,.. ).
- Als people manager breng je de vereiste mix van competenties bijeen om projecten vorm te geven, in lijn met de innovatie doelstellingen, en trek je externe expertise aan; je ondersteunt ons intern netwerk van innovation coaches; gradueel bouw je een hecht team dat gaat voor maximale kwaliteit voor de klant.
- Je versterkt binnen ACA een cultuur van innovatie in de verschillende afdelingen die open staan voor nieuwe ideeën, constructieve kritiek en challenge, het nemen van risico's, het experimenteren.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.

- en program management** vaardigheden (planning, communicatie, stakeholder management) zodat je het werk op een efficiënte manier kunt organiseren, de voortgang kunt opvolgen en kunt rapporteren aan de betrokken partijen.

- Je bent een **doelgerichte communicator** die alle stakeholders gepast informeert of betrekt.
- Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg om **jouw teamleden te enthousiasmeren** met je verhaal, in beweging te zetten en gepast te ondersteunen.
- Je schat de risico-aversie tegenover innovatie van een organisatie goed in en integreert deze informatie/indicatie in je aanpak en stijl om **potentieel succes te maximaliseren.**
