The Position
A confident and competent salesperson with a charming phone manner and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will work with our Reservations Manager to convert customer enquiries on our five-star suites and rooms into sales.
Your experience in the hospitality space and working knowledge of property management systems will help you ensure that guests feel well attended to and aware of the options available to them.
As such, your role will be to enhance the experience of every potential guest from the get-go, helping to ensure that all interactions with our hotel — from the moment they first make contact with us so the moment they check out — are flawless.
In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us and, ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
