- Paramétrage des systèmes (serveur, Workstation, réseau et logiciel).
- Assistance technique des systèmes existants.
- Formation et supervision des opérateurs techniques locaux.
- Capacité à fédérer une équipe, analyse, amélioration des processus mis en place
- Bacheliers professionnel en informatique ou Expérience équivalente à orientation matérielle/réseau.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
- Français : connaissance parfaite écrite et parlée.
- Anglais : bonne connaissance écrite et parlée.
- Esprit analytique, logique, structuré et organisé.
- Bonne communication orale et écrite.
- Sens de l'observation.
- Diplomatique.

COMPETENCES INFORMATIQUE
- Maitrise des systèmes Windows Serveurs et Workstation.
- Bonne connaissance du PowerShell et batch Windows.
- Bonne connaissance des bases de données SQL Server et/ou Oracle.
- Méthodes d'analyse fonctionnelle et technique.
- Paramétrage de l'applicatif en accord avec l'analyse fonctionnelle.
