  • Vous supervisez les affaires fiscales de l'entreprise, principalement sur l'impôt sur les sociétés
  • Vous fournissez des conseils fiscaux stratégiques à l'entreprise et à d'autres départements, tels que les responsabilités comptables, de contrôle, juridiques et fiscales de toutes les filiales, afin de garantir que les problèmes fiscaux sont identifiés et traités de manière rapide et efficace.
  • Vous révisez, mettez à jour et sauvegardez la politique de prix de transfert du Groupe et assurez les exigences de conformité nécessaires dans toutes les juridictions fiscales.
  • Vous identifiez et suivez les incitations fiscales et autres subventions potentielles dans l'ensemble du Groupe.
  • Vous mettez en œuvre des systèmes et des processus pour surveiller et atténuer les risques fiscaux identifiés.
  • Vous représentez l'entreprise dans les discussions avec les autorités fiscales, les conseillers externes et d'autres parties prenantes.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master belge en droit ;
  • Vous avez une expérience en tant que consultant, fiscaliste, avocat ou juriste d'entreprise ;
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
  • Vous serez capable de traduire des questions de droit fiscal, commercial et contractuel dans un langage intelligible et de fournir des conseils concrets et pratiques.
  • Vous êtes analytique, pratique et orienté business ;
  • Vous êtes affirmé, dynamique, convaincant et enthousiaste ;
  • Vous parlez français OU néerlandais et avez une connaissance suffisante de l'anglais ;
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, de l'initiative et aimez travailler en équipe ;
  • Vous disposez d'un bon sens de l'organisation et pouvez travailler de manière autonome ;
  • Vous êtes flexible et avez envie d'apprendre.
