External Supply Logistics Officer

**'MERK' PROFIEL**:
- Je maakt de aankooporders aan voor producten geleverd door onze externe leveranciers, op basis van de verschillende stock policy parameters. Nadien volg je de orders nauwgezet op, teneinde de goederen op het juiste moment te ontvangen in ons magazijn. Hierbij zijn een optimale klantenservice & voorraadniveau behalen met een mínimale kost voor productie, transport & stockage jouw doelstellingen.
- Je volgt de producties in onze intercompany fabrieken kort op, teneinde de risico's op out-of-stocks te mínimaliseren. Je hebt hiervoor uitvoerig contact met de planners van de desbetreffende fabrieken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van de planning van onze subcontractors. Bovendien zorg je voor een tijdige bevoorrading van de grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale en kostenbewuste aan
- en afvoer van lege pallets; bovendien ben je ook volledig verantwoordelijk voor de verschillende pooling pallet systemen.
**DAT IS 'M**:
- Je hebt een professionele Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, goede kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring met ERP systemen, kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
- Je bent proactief en kan zelfstandig werken en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent analytisch, kostenbewust, accuraat, flexibel en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
- Je hebt een goed begrip van logistiek, planning en principes van stockbeheer.
