Onze klant is actief in de medische sector. Functieomschrijving Onze klant in regio Groot-Bijgaarden is op zoek naar een nieuwe, fijne collega die de functie van Medical Planning Assistant mag invullen. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het plaatsen en onderhouden van bestralingsmachines. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit vier onderdelen, afwisseling verzekerd
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten (artsen, verpleegkundigen...) die een probleem vaststellen aan een bestralingsmachine. Je registreert het probleem en verwijst de klant door naar het Service Departement. Je plant een afspraak met één van de field engineers in bij de klant;
  • Je zorgt voor de bestelling van de onderdelen die nodig zijn voor de interventie van de field engineers. Je volgt de bestellingen op;
  • Ook de facturatie valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Verder komen er enkele extra taken bij, zoals de transportplanning en het bestellen van kantoormateriaal.

  • Je bent zo goed als tweetalig NL/FR en je hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse taal;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al een eerste ervaring opgedaan in een klantgerichte functie;
  • Met MS Office en Outlook kan je goed overweg;
  • Enkele eigenschappen die we zoeken in de nieuwe collega: zeer goede communicatieve skills, klantgericht, leergierig en je kan multitasken;
  • Heb je kennis van SAP? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
Aanbod
  • Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met een maandelijks brutoloon van €3000, maaltijdcheques van €7 per gewerkte dag, ecocheques en tussenkomt in transportkosten;
  • Je werkt samen met een toffe collega van 8u00 tot 17u30; maar je kan onderling de uren afspreken (bv: jij werkt van 8u00 tot 16u30 en je collega van 9u00 tot 17u30)
  • Het is een tijdelijke functie van 2 maanden, maar er is een grote kans op een vast contract
