About Our Client:

Our client is a well known company in the medical world, with more than 4000 employees.

As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for supporting two vice presidents.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Communication (answering important phone calls, sending invitations by mail)
  • Calendar management (scheduling meetings and other appointments)
  • Travel management (booking flights and hotels, planning international conferences)
  • Document management (responsible for contracts, sending out important documents,...)

The Successful Applicant:

  • Is independent and takes responsability
  • Can multitask within a dynamic environment
  • Has excellent knowledge of English, other languages are a plus
