Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van contracten, offerteaanvragen, analyses van offertes en onderhandelingen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en opvolgen van bestelbonnen, inclusief het controleren van facturen. Je zorgt voor de administratieve follow-up van het geheel.
Je staat eveneens in voor de bestellingen inzake niet-standaard ICT-materiaal waarbij het nodig is dat de behoeften van de klant begrepen worden en dat deze vertaald worden naar offerteaanvragen.
Je onderhoudt je technische kennis (op het gebied van prijsbeleid en overheidsopdrachten) en blijft op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied om voortdurend de vaardigheden te ontwikkelen die nodig zijn om de doelstellingen van het team te bereiken. Profiel Je hebt een bachelordiploma en ervaring als aankoper.
Bekendheid met ICT-marktproducten en kennis van het prijsbeleid voor ICT-producten is een pluspunt.
Je beheerst Excel. Je houdt van administratieve taken die precisie en nauwgezetheid vereisen.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent betrokken, flexibel, nieuwsgierig en reactief. Je bent bereid om zelf te investeren in het verwerven van de kennis en vaardigheden die nodig zijn voor de job.
Je bent in staat de procedures voor het opstellen van gunningdossiers te assimileren en toe te passen, met inachtneming van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten. Je bent ook in staat de verschillende systemen te gebruiken om de administratieve verwerking van dossiers te optimaliseren en zo de dienstverlening aan de klant te verbeteren.
Je bent autonoom en georganiseerd en beschikt over goede onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden.
Een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
Je begrijpt een Engelstalig contract en kan je bij voorkeur ook in die taal uitdrukken (mondeling en schriftelijk). Aanbod
