_Role description_:


We are in search of a dedicated Customer & Product Specialist with expertise in AutoCAD and web-based design software tailored for the PV (Photovoltaic) industry.


This role, based in Geel, Belgium, will play a crucial part in engaging with customers, providing exceptional support, and contributing insights for the enhancement and development of our software solutions.


_Key Responsibilities_:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expertlevel support, guidance, and training on the use of our AutoCAD and webbased design software specific to the PV industry.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our software solutions in PV system design and implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their design requirements and provide tailored advice and solutions utilizing our software tools effectively.
  • Gather valuable feedback and insights from customers, effectively communicating these findings to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and feature development.
  • Develop and deliver highquality product documentation, tutorials, and educational materials to empower customers in maximizing the potential of our design software.
  • Utilize language skills in English plus two other languages among Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or Italian to assist and communicate with a broader range of international clients effectively.

_Requirements_:

  • Bachelor's degree or (similar through experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with design principles related to Photovoltaic systems are a plus.
  • Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least two other languages among Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or Italian.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse international customers.
  • Proven ability to gather customer needs and translate them into actionable product enhancements.
