**À propos de l'offre d'emploi**:
En tant que gestionnaire sinistres vous êtes l'interface entre les interlocuteurs externes (victimes, assurés, courtiers, etc.) ainsi qu'internes (expert, inspecteurs, etc.) dans l'objectif de gérer les sinistres dans les plus brefs délais et les meilleures conditions.
Vous serez en charge de:
- Vous collectez et analysez les éléments factuels et juridiques afin de pouvoir juger correctement le dommage et bien évaluer la garantie et la responsabilité;
- Vous vous chargez des affaires comptables et vous effectuez les paiements nécessaires. Vous garantissez ainsi un suivi financier optimal;
- Vous êtes disponible pour vos clients, pour les intermédiaires et les fournisseurs (experts, médecins,...) par téléphone/mail et vous les informez toujours correctement concernant leur dossier;
**Compétences fonctionnelles et techniques**:
- Bachelier(e) avec orientation économique (ou expérience équivalente)
- Vous avez une expérience de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire (RDR/CATNAT)
- Expérience en Claims Auto (obligatoire)
- Expérience CATNAT (c'est un plus)
- Vous êtes resistant/e au stress
- Vous avez une bonne communication orale et écrite et êtes empathique
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de prises de décisions
- Vous maîtriser le français & le néerlandais (must have)
