Als Sales Manager bestaat je takenpakket uit:
- Je zorgt dat onze sales advisors de nodige **opvolging**, **begeleiding **en **opleiding **krijgen.
- Je bent hands on en **organiseert **regelmatig meetings om de lopende verkoopsdossiers te bespreken.
- Je zorgt dat de occasie wagens goed **gepubliceerd **staat en dat deze snel afgehaald kunnen worden.
- Je bent actief bezig met het **verkopen **van zowel nieuwe als occasie wagens.
- Je **bouwt een relatie** met de klant op naar lange duur.
**Kwalificaties**:
Je bent **flexibel **en zorgt voor een goede verloop binnen het sales team.
- Je bent **resultaatgericht **en bent een echte people manager.
- Je denkt **probleemoplossend **en kan goed **analytisch **nadenken.
- Je bent **commercieel **ingesteld en hebt al reeds ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt **automotive **ervaring.
