As the Digital Engagement Manager for our Belux Human Health Commercial organization, you will be responsible for the management of the different owned platforms.

You will contribute to generate and analyze data to enable data-informed decision making, and to promote a data driven culture by understanding our organization's data needs and delivering relevant actionable insights.


You will be part of a thriving and innovative team of digital professionals, partnering with the commercial organization to bring value on data, customer experience and innovation topics.


Key Result Areas & Tasks:

  • Lead Belux platform strategy and decline it for the different owned websites
  • Maintain and continuously optimize the use and performance of our platforms, in partnership with the business
  • Track & improve omnichannel engagement metrics, in partnership with the business
  • Proactively suggest best practices for the different owned websites
  • Coordinate implementation of new functionalities and projects
  • Guide and coach the business on making the best use of opportunities associated with the platforms and organize training when appropriate
  • Partner with the web developer on defining new pages when needed
  • Manage platform access
  • Configure and implement tags using GTM
  • Collaborate with global and regional representatives to deploy new functionalities and exchange best practices
  • Support the business in analyzing campaign data and contribute to increase data literacy

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Information Communication or equivalent.
- >5 years' experience as a digital technologist with a focus on marketing technology

  • Strong foundations in data and web management
  • Preferably experience with WordPress, GTM, GA, SEO, etc.
  • Experience partnering with commercial and digital teams
  • Nice to have: Pharma and/or biotech industry experience, ideally with a focus on data
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects of various complexity in areas of responsibility
  • Ability to navigate complexity and to synthesize different points of view to reach consensus
  • Ability to work in a crossfunctional environment
  • Ability to manage expectations from stakeholders from different functional areas, seniority levels and geographical areas.
