Omschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de governance van de gegevens van Belfius Insurance (Life, Non-Life, Solvency II, Client DB, IFRS 17,...) en coördineert Data Quality-activiteiten. Door jouw transversale functie bouw je mee aan de essentiële fundamenten van een data driven enterprise, zodat de commerciële strategie efficiënter kan worden uitgevoerd.

De job in een notendop

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het beheer van de Business Glossary (een woordenboek met definities van business concepten) voor belangrijke gegevens die gekoppeld zijn aan Belfius Insurance en voor het coördineren van de activiteiten op het gebied van data quality (het ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitskader en het organiseren van regelmatige controles).

Je belangrijkste taak is om de mensen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor Insurance te identificeren en op te leiden, om samen met hen de gerelateerde business concepten te definiëren, om de concepten te harmoniseren zodat er een uniforme definitie in de hele organisatie komt en om de activiteiten van het data quality framework te ontwikkelen en te coördineren..

Je team bestaat uit 12 mensen en jouw rol hierin is de functioneel beheerder (geen hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid) van het gebied van de Insurance gegevens en de functionele coördinatie van het kwaliteitskader.

Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit het ontmoeten van de specialisten van Insurance data, hen helpen bij het formaliseren van de gegevens in concepten in het glossarium, het organiseren van terugkerende datakwaliteitsactiviteiten, als team werken aan de ontwikkeling van het governance- en kwaliteitskader en het ontdekken van de nieuwe functies van de tool.

Een universitair diploma (of gelijkwaardige ervaring) en/of een eerste werkervaring. Werkervaring in de referentiedata van een financiële instelling (klantgegevens, producten, contracten, of in een van de business lines van de bank (Particulieren, Corporate, Risk, Finance, . Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden.

Je scoort extra met:

Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans). Je de Belfius-waarden (Fair, Authentiek, Client gericht, Entrepreneur) echt uitdraagt, zodat we samen kunnen bouwen aan de dataoplossingen van de toekomst.
